The Dharma Treasure is found within
We do not know this when we begin

So we read the books and hear the tales
We buy some beads when they are on sale

Thru practice we dispatch the concepts and ideals
And slowly the truth of Dharma reveals

Beyond faith-in that we’ve been taught
Deeper faith of not-knowing is wrought

The lineage has passed this Dharma down to you
Lives and words manage to convey what’s true

For my part I write these cheesy poems
May they nudge you closer to home
